If the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the moment it reaches us. The product return amount to the credit card is made by your bank within 2-6 weeks. Our company has no control over this period. If there is any opening, deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, use, or other conditions in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the condition it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return, and the price will not be refunded. For potential malfunctions that may arise after the product reaches the customer, the customer should contact the authorized services of the manufacturer. In cases where the above conditions are met for returned products, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Wire refunds will be made within 2 business days, and credit card refunds will be made within 3 business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to contact your bank's credit card service. After the "Cancelled" warning related to your order appears, the entire amount is refunded to your credit card or the bank you made the wire transfer.
