General Information: This product is a simple binding technique used as adjustable tension latches (hood lock) in the manufacturing of machine, facility, unit, and tank covers, coatings, and containers.

Features: Tension latches are secure locking systems for industrial applications. They have a vibration-free locking feature when the full center point is exceeded. The locking type connection element ensures job safety and material security against possible openings. After attaching the connecting hook to the counter hook, the parts to be connected can be brought closer together by pulling the arm part by up to 15 mm. The position of the connecting hook can be adjusted with a pin to balance possible tolerances or ensure sufficient tension. A fiber nut is used on the back of the hook for counteracting. This ensures that the initial tension adjustment remains continuously at the same force. The maximum holding force (F) is related to the tensioner.
